We’ll build you an asset transition plan that clears a 10% IRR - or your money back
Don’t believe decarbonization can drive quantifiable value creation?
Put us to the test.
Pay us $1,000 to build an audit-comparable transition plan at an asset of your choice (50% off our list price of $2,000).
We’ll quantify the impact of your plan on asset value and if your plan doesn’t clear a 10% IRR hurdle, you get your money back (not to mention a free transition plan).
Here’s how the offer works:
- At an asset of your choice, you provide the data inputs required
- We take your property to the highest level of analysis available on Audette (the same level clients use when comparing Audette to ASHRAE Level II onsite energy audits)
- We work with you to build and customize an asset transition plan given the investment strategy and hold period
Is a 10% IRR on decarb possible?
We think so, and it’s time for us to put our money where our mouth is.
